prime minister netanyahu and governor romney go back a number of decades. they worked together in business when they were both graduates from business school. they've kept in touch over the years. so prime minister netanyahu is someone that the governor reaches out to from time to time just to get his perspectives on the region and he certainly felt that given what's going on right now, in addition to the iranian crisis, he just wanted to hear his views on regional developments. >> thank you both very much indeed. >>> coming up next, the one and only chelsea handler returning to talk politics, 50 shades of grey and a surprising confession about her desire to get married. >>> congratulations on that. that was very well done. it was a mess. i was so nervous. >> were you? >> yes. it was -- it was so energizing and being there, like the platform was shaking. that's how -- how crazy the crowd was. >> i don't like speaking publicly when i don't have to be funny. >> we would all go along with that. two of my favorite ladies in hollywood talking my favorite subject

in terms of policy, i know that both romney and obama have been recently talking about this, getting suddenly tough on china in the election season but you know we have currency manipulation going on in china so it is hard to compete against a country dumping mass amounts of product back to the united states. in terms of policy, that's going to have to be addressed. if you want to see the after effects or the consequences of turning our cheek year after year toward these illegal currency manipulations, you can look no further than detroit city. and also in terms of -- i think detroit needs to really invite more entrepreneurship. it needs to diversify the economy as rached said. we're talking about a city that has relied on the big three to take care of it. for too many years. it is hard to get out of that mindset. i think making detroit an attractive place for small businesses is something that the city should be doing because there is a lot of faith and there are resources and people want to work. >> jennifer: you guys. you know this is near and dear to my heart. i'm grateful to you

a new fox news poll has obama up by 48 to 43 margin over mitt romney. that's in keeping with other polls we have seen recently both nationally and in swing states, you know this poll looks like a lot of others. obama has advantages over romney on the economy and a range of issues. one thing that stood out in the poll is that a lot of voters didn't like how obama's handling the situation in libya. and the romney campaign sort of sees that as well which is why you see them hitting obama so hard on this lately. but there is still a problem here for romney. this is why the debates are so important. romney wants to change the fundamental structure of this race with this debate coming up next wednesday. remember, over 50 million people watched the first presidential debate in 2008. this is going to be a big moment coming up next week, fred, for mitt romney. >> well, let's shift to the u.s. senate and how pivotal any race could be. the democrats have a six-seat majority, but they're defending 23 seats in the election, with republicans defending just 10. so wha
